Re: Easier way to reconnect light switch?
If he put the switch in the inch tall area directly BELOW the storage cubby, it will be difficult to get to. |

Re: Easier way to reconnect light switch?
I'm with scottyb. Maybe he would let you come by while he had it apart so you can get a visual on the guts of what is under there. He is taking all those pieces off so he doesn't tear anything up trying to be faster. Good luck and make sure there is one of those star type hex nuts on the switch.

Re: Easier way to reconnect light switch?
Gornoman.........yes, its in that little 1" area.
Scottyb......that's a good question. I have no idea......unless it was like that when he bought it? I'm not sure what all he did to it before he sold it to us. I'll ask him when I talk to him next. I thought he only lifted it and put a back seat on it and painted it. It was his before he fixed it up and sold it to us. It would have been nice to have it on the main dash area. Oh well. These are little things that don't really matter to me. What I focus on is that it carries me through the fields and woods! :) |

Hahahahahahahahahahhahahahahhahahaha I heard that you have to dig the tunnel to get access to the front cowl and remove it before you even think about changing your oil. Be sure you air up your front tires first before draining the pan

Re: Easier way to reconnect light switch?
Yall laugh but I saw a guy do just that. He dug a pit under his car so he could swap the transmission or clutch. It had to be a good 3x10x4 foot deep hole. I wish I got pics of it back then. lucky it didnt cave in on him.....It looked like a Oil Pit at Jiffy lube only made out of a dirt trench.
