can anyone tell me where this goes?
 I started reassembling the cart today and came to a screeching halt when I found this. It appears to have been cut or ripped off. My middle finger is on what it is attached to. Can anyone tell me where this goes? It is a 1999 exgo txt series cart |

Well idk how to get them to work. It says they're too big when I try to upload them from my phone and when I tried to add the URL to it on photobucket it didn't work so idk..
