Default Can not get 100% aligned

No matter what I do I can not get perfectly aligned. Bought new tie rods, all shocks replaced with coil overs on the front, even got a new steering wheel ...

Continue to pull to the right, and it is KILLING my tires!

This may seem a bit out in left field, but a casual query dropped at your local tire/alignment shop might help.

alignments are really more than most people think. You have the tow-in set right? (about 1/4 inch closer together in the front of the wheel than the rear of the wheel. Then there is the camber. How much the top of the tire leans inward or outward. The one most forgotten is the caster or, from a side view, how much angle is seen at the pivot points. (between two ball joints or two kingpin bushings)

here is a link to a good explaination with pictures that I had saved when trying to get mine to track straight.

Also....a rear axle that sits crooked for any reason can cause issues.

Attached is the alignment write up from the ezgo manual.

Hope it helps. (Had to make it a zip file to upload, the seven day waiting period is killing me)

IF the tire has a broken belt (like from a impact, pothole, curb) or defect, the cart will always pull to that side. If you dont see anything else try switching front tires around. You did check the air pressures...

One wheel dragging because of tight bearings or brakes would cause a pull....

Don't worry about the caster as far as pull, unless its' really way out of spec.Caster won't cause tire-wear or pull unless one side is dramatically different than the other. The most common issues are...Toe not set correctly,Camber off,Mis-matched or under/over inflated tires,Tight Wheel-Bearings(or seizing-up),Rear-Brake dragging,Front or rear axle out of square(measure from front-hub to rear-hub center on both sides,a "Diamond"-Shape will also make it pull.Has the front-axle been damaged? They often hit stuff and will bend near the spring-mount.Hope this helps.
