Default Possible wet switch

Hey guy, getting my cart ready for start of hunting season. Washed it out and when I got ready to move it. Had reverse only when it dried out everything is back to normal. So I probally need to replace the switch and do a better job of waterproofing it. What switch do I need (99 series cart) and any suggestions on waterproofing. Thanks Charlie

Did it get wet under the cover where the controller is? Let it dry real good and let's see what is going on.

not sure it will work as well on ez go but on club cars Ive had good success with a leaf blower to dry it and then spray some wd 40 on all connections that got wet. It was originally designed as a water displacement spray.
Had the exact same issues ,would work in only fwd or reverse ,after it worked perfect..

Didn't get wet under the seat, but I soaked the floorboards pretty good. After it dried started working OK. I'll probaly replace the throttle switch and see if I can waterproof it a little better. Gonna see some mud and water this season
