Default Badboy buggie made by EZGO?

HI folks,I have heard BBB is now made by ezgo,is this correct,Im trying to troubleshoot a 2005 48volt BBB and I cant seem to fine any service manuals on them.Do they make their on componets or does one of the other cart manufacturers supply them? Thanks for any info on this machine.

Good luck with the 2005. They werent owned by Ezgo then. A manual doesnt exist. Look at my avatar - thats a 05 that ran through my bathroom wall by ITSELF a couple years ago. There was a massive recall on the earlier ones. Make sure you have all 4,wheels off the ground before you tinker with it.

Do not cause a spark and fry the controller. If you have the big green Navitas its about 1200 bucks to replace. The contactor's tend to go out too. Sw202 of I remember right

You are correct about EZ GO ( Textron ) owning BBB. They were acquisitioned by them in late 2010. If i'm not mistaken they are being built here in Augusta. I got some rims/tires that were used for testing from a friend that has ties to them.

I did a search for 2005 service manuals and found a couple of 2006 manuals. Don't know what changes what might have occurred over the year. They said that the manuals don't tell you much anyways.
