Default G 16. Brakes

I have got my cart moving pretty good now.... So that's not a problem anymore... But. Now slowing down at times has puckered the ole hole a time or two... I need brake shoes I'm sure... But are the stock brakes good for road speeds.... 40 mph.. And also. Tries to wander a little now.. Pretty bad over patched pavement.. As I only ride on hard surfaces.. Around the beaches ... Pretty sure its a tie rod end... Right side...
