I have the same cart.

According to the diagram I have pieced together over the years, the green wire is for the passenger side turn signal. (It has no other color on it.)

Does the blue wire have white on it too?

If so, that's the main headlights power and it goes to the keyswitch to turn the lights on/off.

Solid blue and solid green I believe go to the key switch terminals. White with a blue stripe are for the secondary terminals on the key switch.

Page 120 and 129 http://products.jacobsen.com/img/manuals/605586.pdf

Standard 4 prong key switch has B and I for blue and green and B1 and L for the white/blue wires

Wrong colors but will show the keyswitch layout
