Hi guys, it runs fine or perfect until it gets warm or you stop then it just back fires, I disconnect the rpm limiter and it still does it. Thank again Bill

Thanks every body for the help. My cart will run when it is cold or untill you stop then all it will do is backfire, I discouneck the brown wire from the limiter and it still does it, any ideas? Bill

Okay, you need fuel, compression, and ignition for a backfire. Try eliminating the ignition. After you reach backfire temperature / condition. Run the cart and try turning the key off just before you release the gas to stop. ( do it 2 or 3 times) If this test stops the backfire look to a faulty solenoid.

If coil was bad would just stop till it cooled.
