Re: 1984 carryall 2
If you can take a picture of the serial number we could tell you for sure. It’s a metal plate that’s riveted below about where the key switch is under the lip, above the floor.
Looking at the motor it’s a 92 or older but the cowl is the newer style. I’m gonna guess a 1991 or 1992 |

Re: 1984 carryall 2
Your cart looks almost identical to my 1996 Carryall 1. everything except the fact that yours is a carryall 2 and mine is a carryall 1. Including the cab. Tires have been replaced, Not sure what they put on yours but I'm guessing they ride pretty rough.
Club car dealer told me those cabs are made by Pawnee. I've never found anything to confirm or deny this and I also haven't been able to find any parts for them. My door latch broke and I had no luck in sourcing a new one, had to cut it apart and fix myself. Would be interested in buying a cab for parts if anybody had one - I'm sure replacing a broken door or windshield is **** near impossible |

Re: 1984 carryall 2
Pretty sure aluminum bed Carryalls didn't show up until the later '80s. But serial number will tell. If that KF82 motor is stock than it's a 1991 or earlier. I would guess it to be a '90 or '91.
1984 was the first year for any gas Club Car carts, for them to come out with a Carryall 2 on the inaugural year of their gas carts seems unlikely to me. |

Re: 1984 carryall 2
I don’t know where to find an OEM carb for a KF82.
I found a parts list for the KF82 and it showed 316670-6100d as the oem part number. Maybe springbok can confirm? He seems to know more about these motors than most here, since he owns like 47 of them If that’s correct, https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/99?...Fp%2F532839753 |

Re: 1984 carryall 2
Sorry for the late reply, I don't get on here everyday. According to my 1984-1991 Illustrated Parts List pdf, the part number for the stock carburetor is 1014541. This is the part number that fits Club Car gas carts from 1985-1991.
