Will I need to re-jet both the pilot and main, or just the main?

Just the main, I would get a set of cutting torch tip cleaners, and start with reaming the main jet with the tip cleaner that just begins to feel snug (take small steps here, just ream one size at a time.) Put it back together, after it is warm, drive it at full throttle, shut it down with out letting it idle. Then pull the spark plug and read the white porcelan? (center part down the inside) It should be a tan, or even a a gray color. If it is white, it is lean,(not good) and it needs to be bigger, so you need to do it again, then re check. Or read other posts and drill out jet to .042 to .046. I like to do it the hard way and maybe learn something. Sorry about the Dave here (SA)! Sorry Dave!

I gave it a try, but the motor has a bad knock to it. It had started before I tried to re-jet, but it has gotten pretty bad now. I will have to let it be till I get back from work in a couple of weeks. I will have the BB waiting at the house for when I get back though. Time for some real power!!!
