any ides what this is ?

May have been premature on the restore statement , much rust needs all cables ( weird ones) 1 bad wheel 6" 3 lug , many things in engine compartment seem to be missing ,( no manuel yet ) body decent , frame rusty but solid , loads of room in engine compartment ,hhmmmmmmm

Finally got it home , It has an 8 hp Kohler engine 4 cycle that bolts directly to the rear end housing like an electric .
there is a 2 step shaft on the drive end of the kohler and a drum-like housing in the mount I think there WAS some sort of a clutch inside the housing that's not there now , anyone ever seen anything like this before , will post pics next weekend of the mount and shaft .
