Default wiring multiple LED light strips to 1 switch

Picked up these lights and was getting into wiring.

Wondered if it's best to wire each light into a block then wire the block to a switch

or

wire the lights together and then run a single wire to a switch.

I will probably use 6 strips. They're just under a foot long with 2 leads.

If the LEDs are for 12V, then you need to wire in parallel.

didn't read the details, wire in parallel with proper capable switch, i.e. enough current capability.

They can all be tied together use 16gauge wire you will be fine one switch will work also. If it were me I would also stick a fuse in there to protect everything else. For example all of the Amber lights on the steps and the ones on the front of the air cleaner are all on the same switch. The green ones are separate due to the fact that different weather they can really make it hard to see when driving at night

Might I through out a another tid bit of info. If you get on Amazon you can get a 16.5 foot roll of flexible led strip lights for under $10 and you can buy I think 8 or 10 pack of clip connectors for about the same price and this way you can make your light end length you want!!! Example the green lights in the air cleaners are strip lights. Unfortunately I still have about 12' of light and lots of connectors left. I guess I'll be lighting up the cc when I get to that point in my build

I'm sorry I don't have a picture. I wired the lights parallel, so I have + and - running along with each light. Lots of soldiering. Yes I have a voltage reducer I picked up from ScottyB. http://www.cartsunlimited.net. I'm running 6 -8volts of ranger 160's, so I don't have a shortage of range for all these accessories. ... I also have a fused block. Blue sea systems fuse block. I'll add a picture later when it's dark.
