Wire connectors
I was told using wire nuts is not a good solution for wiring on your cart.
I can find butt connectors, ring terminals at any hardware store, but where do you find things like closed end connectors and other types of connectors? I live in a large city...are there typically better places than Walmart, home depot and stores like that where you can find the types of connectors that I would use to do my 12volt accessory wiring correctly. If I were trying to do a pig tail connection coming off my ground, would a connector like this work? If so, what type of local stores have this type of product...I can for sure tell you that Walmart is not the place...at least not mine. Skip Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |

Re: Wire connectors
I use those butt conectors all the time - as long as you crimp properly you shouldnt have a problem.
check an auto parts store for parts like these. Pro Tip - Use a bench vise to crimp |

Re: Wire connectors
Auto parts, car audio, Radio Shack. Use the Klein pliers that make a U-shaped crimp for up to 12ga.
