Alltrax on 96 DS intermittent / erratic operation

96 DS series cart with alltrax controller is kicking my tail.

I either have a throttle/throttle connection issue or a controller issue.

Sometimes cart will go, sometimes not, but I can ultimately make it go if I continue to cycle the power and pump the accelerator.

Sometimes it will barely move forward and back with no power. However, if I keep working the accelerator it will eventually go and once it goes, it seems to run fine until switched off again for a while.

I am still leaning toward this being a throttle or wiring issue, have alreadyt replaced one wire. The question I Have, do the Alltrax controllers that fail usually fail completely or is it common for them to have intermittent operation?
