Do you by chance know where I can buy a new controller connector/pins? Not sure I need the pins but I definitely think the connector is an issue.

I hadn’t gotten to mess with it since my last message. Well this time I actually got to take it out of the garage and it’s acting funny. Really slow and keeps losing power. Hooked the controller to the computer so I could monitor it. If I run the throttle at 40% it is fine. If I go over that the cart gets jerky and eventually seems to lose power then regain some back. I was watching the voltage on the computer and had 49+ at the controller but while driving it never went over 30 volts at the motor itself.

I was worried the Potentiometer wasn’t any good but watching it on the computer it see’s it go from 0% throttle all the way to 100% range as I press the pedal all the way down.

At one point on the test ride I lost complete power and had to mess with the connector on the controller to get it working again. Doesn’t seem to be snapping in all the way.

If you have a Wal-Mart close by get you a can of this stuff and spray the health out of that connector. CRC 5103 Quick Dry Electronic Cleaner - 11 Wt Oz.

Neal, I'm not sure where it can be purchased but I'll look around. I know Sergio posted a link on here before for it. I'm sure he'll see this post and share it again if I can't find it first.
