If i had Captain seats i would mount it in the center council. I think i might mount it under the F-R switch. I think i could adjust the regan easier on the fly. I have been meaning to flip the F-R switch upside down anyway.

That sounds like a good idea. It would stop anyone from bumping it with their leg and knocking it into neutral.
