Default Batteries draining fast

2008 EZGO TXT 36V....batteries draining really fast after a full charge. Took it over to mechanic at golf cart shop and they said that I had 2 batteries gone bad. Had to get running so I replaced the 2 batteries.
The wife's calls me and said that it is still draining fast. Only last about 30 minutes from a full charge. Now I am on my way to get the cart to see what is going on.
Can anyone tell me what I need to look for? All accessories are hooked into a power reducer which it has been since we got the cart. The batteries will be one year old next month except the 2 new ones I just replaced.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Pack voltage after 12 hours rest after a full charge? Individual battery voltages when it's full, and when it's "crapping out". Get that volt meter handy! And we need 6.xx readings. If you wanna go at it yourself, this is what's needed.

Cgtech.....here are the readings you asked for:
Pack voltage after Post Charge/12 hour rest: 37.86
Bat 1= 6.27
Bat 2= 6.40 (new Bat)
Bat 3= 6.40 (new Bat)
Bat 4= 6.25
Bat 5= 6.25
Bat 6= 6.29

Pack Voltage after it crapped out and pushed back to house: 33.21
Bat 1= Fluctuates between 1.8 - 2.5
Bat 2= 6.25 (new Bat)
Bat 3= 6.25 (new Bat)
Bat 4= 6.05
Bat 5= 6.05
Bat 6= 6.11

FYI: What I call Bat 1 - 6, is standing on passenger side looking at batteries from bottom right (1st POS Connection) up the right, then across to top left and back down to bottom left (Last Neg connection)

Bat 2 & 3 or 1 week old. The rest will be 1 year next month. I'm pretty sure I see the answer, but still gonna wait for your input.

Batt 1 definitely seems to be the problem. And I don't think the set is reaching full charge.

Yes, I agree with you that Bat 1 is bad and also about the entire pack not getting full charge. Shouldn't a pack reach about 38.0 V ? I got a feeling that the out 3 batteries will be going out soon. Thanks for the info and your time to answer me.

At this point, I think you are playing an expensive game of "whack a mole" untill all the batteries are replaced.

I have a similar situation with my cart. 2008 EZGO 36v PDS. Mine has 5 Trojan batteries 2011 and an oddball Interstate battery. After full charge and resting overnight, the digital meter shows 38.7 v. The wife and I can cruise about 20 minutes and it loses a lot of power
and the meter reads about 27.1 or so when pedal is depressed. I can limp it back home.

It does have brand new cables as of six months ago.All are tight

Batteries have been maintained..kept watered with distilled water. Being 8 years old, I am thinking its about time for a new set?

Based on climate alone, the typical battery life expectancy in Georgia is about 41 months.
