How long ago did this happen? Have you tried to dry it out using a Shop-Vac on blow, or leaf blower?
Another solenoid replaced. Sounds like you opened the throttle box? Was it dry? An ITS that's 6 years old might have small cracks, where moisture could cause it to misbehave. Are there any connectors that may have gotten wet? |

Re: 2013 ez go 48 volt txt won't move
My TXT48 did the same thing after a wash last year. I assume it was water in the throttle (ITS that Yurtle mentioned). I parked it in the sun (it was a hot day too) and checked it 2 hours later and it ran fine... Just needed the Florida sun to help dry it out.
The ITS is under the floorboard and doesn't like wetness. |

It has been months since we washed the cart.
Surely it has dried by now as it is kept inside the shop. Really lost on this one. What do you think it might be? |

How much time was there between the time you washed it and the time you opened up the throttle box? I'd try and identify anything that might have gotten wet, like ITS and MS and any connectors, and try rinsing them with distilled water, then dry. Don't try and run when wet. Don't do this to controller or solenoid. I'm not familiar with 48 volt TXTs, so there may be something else you got wet? |

It has been months since washed. Throttle box is dry and seems to be adjusted correctly and has continunity.
Anything else you may know it may be? Thanks, roy |

Re: 2013 ez go 48 volt txt won't move
I’ve got the same problem however once mine dries for a couple of days it’s fine. This time I only washed the battery area. Nothing else got wet. In all the other cases the cart was washed but the battery area was not. Now that only this area was washed I’m confident it’s not the pedal assembly as it has 0 water.
