I charged all batteries independently and it still trips the reset on the charger when plugged in.

It hums for 2-3 seconds, the needle does not move, then the reset trips.

its either a bad diode/heatsink and breaker or a breaker.........................

Does the amp start about 15 then drops off to 0 amps and sit there charger still humming?

The amps (needle) does not move. It just starts to hum for 2-3 seconds and trips the reset

you need a digital voltage meter to check the diodes........look in the stickies there may be testing procedures there........................

It's a bad diode.... What charger do you have? If it's the PowerDrive (Model 17930) you'll need a Part #1015914 Heatsink assembly. If it's the PowerDrive2 (Model 22110) you'll need a Rectifier/Diode, Part number 103517601. Both parts are pretty inexpensive. There are test procedures found in the stickies. There's a thread there that will allow you to download the entire charger repair manual.
