I will be installing it into my new dashboard as main keyswitch . . . not as a kill switch . . . my purpose is to deter anyone from riding it when I am not at campground . . . thieves don't need a key, just bolt/cable cutters . . if someone wants to steal it, they will get it no matter what type of key switch you put in it . . . two people can push it onto a trailer with little effort . . . . .

Which wire on this switch did you utilize as the "hot" side of switch . . ??

EDIT: Disregard above question . . . red is constant hot and passes voltage thru white in "on" position . . .

That is what I had done. I hid the new switch. You need both keys to start but you remove the barrel key and can just use the original when not in any fear of theft.
