Default 99 Regen 2 48 V Club Car, what mods work?

So, like the thread title says, what performance mods work? Stock cart, lifted with 23" tires. Mostly flat pavement driving. Looking for torque & some speed mods. Putting in all new batteries. Already have 4 gauge cables.

Any suggestions?

I'm afraid it's going to take more than that.

From what I've learned here , a controller will give you more torque and a small amount of speed. Motor for speed. Dude, get the purple motor from plum quick . It's like 225 with your core.

Not Yet, I need to replace all the batteries and see how it runs after that. I may do the controller first. I don't need a lot of speed, that carts lifted and is scary driving over 15mph... I just want more torque.
