![]() 82 g1 been setting for 3 years cleaned gas tank and fuel line new pump and cant get it to pump,am leaking oil behind the clutch on crank seal is that losting vacume for the pump?

![]() Crank seals produce the vacuum needed for operating the fuel pump pulse. If it's a "run of the mill" G1 that's been sitting, it likely needs a new top end and new crank seals.
