Default TXT with 295 MCI no spark

Just wondering if a new ignitor is the way I should go as I don't see there is any way to test it. My coil ohmed out to spec, pulser ohmed out good and is putting out .5 to1 vac, battery is fully charged, all the grounding points are solid, fuses are good, plugs are new, wires are intact and have continuity. Dont have any spark, was fine in the fall. I hate the throw parts at it method and the "if everything else tests good then this is your bad part" method, but I am thinking that is what I might have to do. I don't have another ignitor lying around to swap in either. The only other thing I am thinking is a bad low oil sensor is preventing spark, but I don't know where to find that and this cart doesn't have a light, so I am wondering if it even has one.

Oil sensor has nothing to do with it not firing.

I figured it out, and feel a little dumb. Your suggestion inspired me to look closer at the wiring. I found there was actually voltage on the ground. I looked closer and found the person I am working on this for hooked the battery up backward after winter storage.
Maybe you can answer this on this post too, but it seems like then engine is all or nothing. it seems to be overrevving as well. Is there a rev limiter built in that could have been fried when he hooked up the battery wrong?
