Default Lifted cart leaning

I recently purchased a rebuilt Club Car Precedent. It is lifted and a few days after the dealer delivered it I noticed it’s not level and leaning to the passenger side. Passenger side when I measure body to the ground is about and inch lower. Forgive me if I get any part terminology wrong but I’ve looked all over the frame below and the lift kit and the one glaring thing that stuck out was the brackets in the back looking different. I will attach pics. I doubt this is how it should appear but correct me if I’m wrong. The passenger side bracket is lying flat against the bar while the one on the driver side sits up and an angle about an inch which would make sense with the difference I’m seeing. I’ve put it up on a jack and when I do the driver side one stays the same as it lifts off the ground but the passenger one moves up to match the angle the driver side one is at. They look identical when jacked up in the air. I thought maybe I’d try tightening bolts thinking something was loose but that did nothing. I’m not sure which would would be considered correct. Wanted to get some experienced thoughts and how to go about correcting this (assuming that it is incorrect.)

What's with that block on top the main leaf on the passenger side?

I’m not spotting what your talking about. I just looked again under it and am not seeing anything different comparing sides. Here’s a few more closer looks at the passenger side...5746B592-ED21-435A-BED9-00205B604463.jpg

Better picture them bolts on the back has spacers (pipe) on them to keep you from tightening the shackles down too much stopping movement... Could they be missing?

Is that something I’d see without taking it apart? Here’s a pic looking directly at it (passenger side still). I’m assuming from what your saying is that is the side that is incorrect.

Loosen up the bolts and see if the spring drops down like the other side.

I’ll give that a go when I get a chance and post back after. Thanks for the help so far. 👍🏻

Should I have it jacked up when I do so?

Thanks. I’m going to do so tomorrow. I went ahead and bought a replacement rear leaf spring bushing kit. Figured somethings not right and was inexpensive so I might as well replace. I’ll let you know how it goes.
